Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, take messages, and provide information about location facilities.
• Receive walk-in and phone-in reservation requests.
• Check guests into reservations, validate parking.
• Post charges to guest accounts, including corrections and transfers.
• Collect charges, process credit card vouchers, and close guest accounts.
• Check in/out recreation equipment and golf carts to guests.
• Assist with gift shop sales and restocking merchandise.
• Prepare reports and correspondence using office software.
• Perform general housekeeping in public areas.
• Support daily operations and agency needs.
