Hilton Columbia Center is seeking a detailed, outgoing Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service at the front desk. You will check guests in and out, respond to inquiries with empathy, and manage payments and reservations.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and collaboration with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations at a busy hotel.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and update accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status.
• Maintain the front desk area to be clean, welcoming and organized.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Run, print, and distribute various reports and make adjustments to accounts.
