Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 1–3 months of related customer service experience preferred.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Basic arithmetic for handling cash and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Assist guests with directions, reservations, and inquiries; provide local information.
• Accurately collect and reconcile receipts; prepare shift reports.
• Operate the register, gate, and credit card machine; manage overnight vehicle revenue.
• Keep cashier area and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Verify keys against vehicle location and damage surveys before issuing keys.
