Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Cashier Host to deliver extraordinary guest service in a fast-paced, on-site shop. You will provide prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while upholding Caesars standards.

Responsibilities include engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and assisting with training. Flexible hours are required, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Gift shop and coffee shop experience preferred.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Must communicate in English and present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt guest service with quality beverages and products.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume to keep operations running smoothly.
• Anticipate guest and store needs through proactive engagement and clear communication.
• Assist with training and coaching of new team members.
• Follow cash handling and register policies and health, safety guidelines.
