Job summary

Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Casino Cashiering Supervisor to oversee the Cashier Cage operations, supervise staff on an assigned shift, and uphold the highest level of guest service.

You will verify funds, monitor transactions, coach cashiers, handle disputes, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and conduct performance reviews, all while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in financial/credit areas and money handling required.
• Proven proficiency with computers and a 10-key adding machine.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and safeguards funds of assigned Cashier Cage.
• Accountable for all transactions in a Cashier Cage.
• Monitors, documents, and advises Cashiers as required.
• Maintains Confidentiality of Cashier Records and evaluates Cashier performance.
• Provides courteous service and ensures guests' satisfaction.
• Adheres to compliance with gaming regulations including Title 31 and Responsible Gaming.
• Conducts Buzz sessions and daily information sharing to ensure smooth transitions.
