Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, TN is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our guest room teams through busy days and high guest expectations.

You will assign duties, monitor performance, and respond quickly to guest requests while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers growth within Westgate Resorts and the opportunity to contribute to unforgettable experiences for guests visiting the Great Smoky Mountains.

Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

• Be in the driver’s seat and guide your team to succeed
• Assign duties to housekeepers while inspecting team members
• Respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups
• Supervise assigned teams

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Valid Driver’s License
