Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to register and pass background check with Nevada Gaming Control Board and Commission.
• Approximately 6 months of cash handling experience preferred, not required.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel/Word skills required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high standard for guest service.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Ability to work with all denominations of money and maintain integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with players club, financial, and tobacco transactions.
• Verify member information and create a welcoming environment.
• Issue players cards as requested.
• Assist in free play transactions per promotions guidelines.
• Address guest questions in a courteous, professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet business needs while maintaining security of the Cage.
• Record transactions and monitor bank balances for accuracy.
