Job summary

Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio is seeking a part-time Box Office Guest Services Associate to greet guests, process museum and event ticket sales, and share information about tours and events.

The role also supports the Hall of Fame Store—assisting guests with merchandise, operating the cash register, and ensuring a welcoming, fun guest experience. A flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred, including retail or ticketing.
• Ability to engage guests and build relationships.
• High energy, friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to use a computer for data entry, cashiering, email.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Open scheduling availability and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests entering the museum.
• Process ticket sales for museum and events.
• Provide information on events and tours.
• Sell merchandise and operate the cash register.
• Respond to phone inquiries and maintain store area.
• Maintain organized box office and retail spaces.
• Reconcile daily cash register.
• Upsell MVP memberships.
• Support private events and tours.
