Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong guest service and professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds mentioned as a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Delivering/retrieving luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Shuttle driving as a regular duty.
• Provide excellent customer service and creative problem solving.
• Assist with Concierge tasks.
• Make, change, and confirm reservations (restaurant, transportation, babysitting, activities).
• Log and deliver packages (mail).
• Check parking passes.
• Help around the lobby and kitchen.
