Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Multi-Functional Resort Associate serving Front Desk, Bell, and PBX roles to ensure Hospitality with Heart for owners, guests, and associates.

This cross-functional position supports guest check-in/out, reservations, and direct guest requests while coordinating with Recreation and other departments. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced resort environment at our Las Vegas property.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Guest Services - Front Desk, Bell, Recreation and PBX departments - Multi-Functional Role.
• Guest Services – Bell Dept. - PBX - Recreation.
• Performs daily Guest Services functions such as guest check-in/check-out, answering phones, shift check-list, and posting charges for copies, laundry, food & beverage, and convenience store outlets.
• Make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests and answer questions about reservations.
• Respond to guest service requests courteously and professionally, directing requests to the correct department.
• Perform light administrative duties (email, office equipment, Teams, MS Office).
• Fills in for PBX and Recreation as needed; assists Bell Department when required.
