Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant for Stonewall Resort to welcome guests and assist with luggage, directions, and local information.

The role requires a service orientation, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. You will contribute to a warm, seamless guest experience across our lakeside property.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing and computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with directions and information.
• Assist guests with luggage and convey items to rooms.
• Provide valet and transportation assistance as needed.
• Maintain front door area and lobby appearance.
