Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown as a Bell Attendant within our Guest Services team. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and share knowledge about the hotel and local area to create a memorable first impression.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and a friendly, engaging personality, with a minimum of one year in customer service. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required as part of a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Interact with all guests. The bell person/ guest services attendant will welcome each guest to our hotel
• Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle and assist with luggage
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and to their rooms
• Explain hotel amenities and fun facts to guests during escort
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a personalized guest experience
• Keep the entrance area clean and organized
