We seek an engaging, friendly individual with a year of customer service experience, capable of standing for long shifts and coordinating with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between areas.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interacts with all guests; welcome each guest to our hotel.
• Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and to their rooms, explaining amenities.
