Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests and park visitors in a friendly manner.
• Assist with baggage to rooms or cars and maintain lobby cleanliness.
• Receive and stock orders for hotel, restaurant, and gift shop; assist delivery drivers.
• Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority; refer to management as needed.
