Job summary

Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch is seeking a Bell Attendant who ensures guests are escorted and their luggage is transported to and from rooms, while maintaining friendly, professional interactions with guests and colleagues.

You will stay in close contact with Front Office and Valet to coordinate arrivals and departures, and you will share hotel and local recommendations to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests and their luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Valet to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Provide hotel and local recommendations to guests.
• Maintain a courteous and professional appearance and demeanor.
