Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Bell Attendant in Nashville to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests. You will assist with luggage during arrival and departure, open doors, provide directions, and help guests with taxis and reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Wheelchair Safety Training completed through Towne Park.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English; follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist hotel guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Open doors for guests and help with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel rooms, meeting facilities and public areas.
• Tag and transport luggage to bell storage area safely.
