Qualifications

• Must stand 8–10 hours and be physically able to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Learn and retain complete knowledge of front office procedures.
• Escort guests to their room using Virgin Tone of Voice.
• Attend to immediate needs of each guest during their stay.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours, room types and services.
• Provide accurate directions and information to guests.
