Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Bell Person/Hotel Attendant in Little Rock to assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and provide local information. You will greet guests on arrival and departure, help coordinate transportation, and support check-in/out procedures in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Ideal candidates balance attention to detail with strong customer service, maintain a friendly demeanor, and comply with alcohol-service regulations.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail, time management, and great customer service.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of and adherence to alcohol-related law; must obtain or possess necessary certifications to serve alcohol.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Provide information about hotel, amenities and local information.
• Answer guest inquiries and address needs timely and courteous.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and valet parking.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and bell area.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and belongings.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest service.
