Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and Wheelchair Safety Training. English reading/writing is essential, with a work window from 7am to 11pm and weekend availability; compensation is $15.16 per hour plus tips with benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write standard English.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly within five feet and use guests' last names.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, amenities and local attractions.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and assist with transportation needs.
• Tag and transport guest luggage to storage areas and rooms as needed.
• Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested.
