Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests at our locations. You will assist with luggage, greet guests, and coordinate with drivers for transportation, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role offers hourly pay of $15.16 plus tips, with a schedule from 7am to 11pm and weekend availability. Opportunities exist to grow within Towne Park and its evolving hospitality program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license where applicable.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Deliver and coordinate guest transportation using approved services.
• Greet guests by name and maintain professional demeanor at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell services area.
