Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Door Attendant to warmly welcome guests at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. You will assist with arrivals and departures, manage lobby traffic, and help with luggage, delivering the light and warmth of hospitality every day.

We value a minimum of 1 year in customer service, a flexible schedule, and strong English communication. Prior guest service experience is a plus, and you’ll join a team dedicated to creating memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong English communication with guests, team members, and management, both in person and over the phone.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Previous guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests and assist with luggage at lobby entrance.
• Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure correct handling and delivery of guest items.
• Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes.
• Coordinate transportation needs and arrange taxis or other guest transportation upon request.
• Provide upbeat, friendly service and resolve guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
