Job summary

Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront is hiring a hotel server to maintain a clean dining area, handle payments, and support guest service. You will open/close duties, help fellow servers, and keep equipment and supplies in good order while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 6 months of server experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must have at least 6 months server experience
• Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions, correspondence and memos.
• Ability to communicate verbally with guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean dining area at all times.
• Receive all payments.
• Perform opening/closing and side work duties.
• Prepare food items for guests.
• Assist other servers with their tables.
• Ensure equipment is in order and supplies are stocked; report needed repairs or orders.
• Ensure areas are safe and duties are performed safely.
• Aim for total guest satisfaction.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions and perform other duties as directed.
• Be knowledgeable in hotel emergency procedures.
