Harrison Meadows Country Club is excited to announce the career opportunity of Guest Services Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and focus on providing superior service to guests. This position involves creating positive experiences by assisting guests and members with outside services.

The Guest Service Attendant will be a versatile role supporting various departments of golf operations. Duties will vary daily based on the club's needs and the busyness of the day. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $16.50 - $17.50 / hour

Essential Duties:

• Prepare and clean golf carts following Harrison Meadows CC standards.
• Perform range maintenance, including setup, presentation, inventory management, and ball cleaning.
• Maintain the cart staging area, including the podium and bag drop.
• Provide courteous service such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Keep the cart storage and wash areas tidy and organized.
• Assist in starting play and educating players on course policies.
• Clean golfers' clubs after play.
• Complete daily project lists.
• Assist in golf tournaments and outings.
• Service rental clubs and maintain rental records.
• Support the upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage, and parking lot.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Follow safety practices and maintain reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

• Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands; occasional sitting, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

• Work in wet/humid conditions, outdoor weather, and areas with mechanical parts or chemicals.

Certificates/Licenses:

• Valid Driver’s License.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to read and speak English to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers, and to understand equipment manuals.
