Job Summary

Make a difference on the Night Shift by joining the Guest Services team! As a Guest Services Attendant (GSA), you'll provide support to patients and visitors during late hours, ensuring that everyone feels cared for and has the information they need. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will keep the hospital environment welcoming even during the night.

The GSA is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital. This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors, providing visitor passes and identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions, and maintaining a secure, welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.

Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
Experience
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
