Job Summary

As a Guest Services Attendant (GSA) on the Evening Shift, you will help ensure a smooth and welcoming hospital experience during the evening hours. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will assist visitors, patients, and staff, maintaining a friendly environment throughout the evening.

Your responsibilities include greeting, registering, and directing visitors, providing visitor passes, ensuring policy compliance, enforcing visitation restrictions, and maintaining a secure environment for all.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
  • Completes all required competencies and trainings

Experience

  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Certification

  • BLS Certification required
