Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is seeking dynamic individuals for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 as Support Staff in Ski School. You’ll help with day-to-day operations, greet guests, and assist instructors with students in indoor and outdoor settings.

This role offers starting wages of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, housing availability, and generous employee perks including free passes, discounts, and development opportunities through Epic Service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality guest service.
• Setting up fencing.
• Responsible for serving food.
• Preparing indoor space for guests.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and fun environment.
• Communicate with parents and coworkers regarding child care.
• Deliver varied children's activities such as story time, games and outside play.

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment both indoors and out? Support Staff is responsible for helping with the day to day operations of Ski School. Your day will involve anything from helping to set up fencing on the snow, to serving food, helping instructors with their students or greeting guest at check in. Everyday looks a little different in this fun, fast paced job.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
