Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming environment.
• Provide high-level customer and guest services, and expedite requests.
• Clean restrooms, office, and other areas as requested.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Answer telephone calls and convey messages promptly.
• Provide information to guests on various matters such as transport and pricing.
• Operate cash register accurately and timely, if required.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Operating Responsibilities

Work involves a variety of tasks requiring sound judgment and adherence to policies. Must be a self-starter, able to work in a team, assist with multiple projects, and be adaptable to interruptions.
