Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in Healthcare or Recuperative Care.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Schedule requires five 8-hour shifts.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to communicate with all staff, guests, and visitors.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• TB test and fingerprint live scan/background check required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of recuperative care facility; perform daily inspections and room checks.
• Greet guests and provide detailed orientation of program guidelines.
• Develop rapport with guests and collect feedback.
• Lead engagement activities and respond to guest requests.
• Assist nursing, social services and partners with on-site appointments.
• Maintain bed availability records and documentation.
• Keep shift notes, incident reports, and drills as required.
• Attend meetings and trainings, including crisis prevention and trauma-informed care.
