Job summary

ZMC Hotels is seeking a front desk associate to handle guest check-ins during peak hours with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will answer guest questions and help make their stay enjoyable, contributing to a positive hotel experience.

Shifts are 8 hours long, spanning 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, requiring flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Highly organized.
• Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Basic computational ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and staff comply with standards.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure smooth, friendly guest contact during arrivals and departures.

Job Summary

These are 8 hour shifts that range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure that the arrival, departures and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
