Salary

Competitive Pay $15.00 - 20.14/hr!***

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors, vendors, and staff members
• Guide visitors to proper locations
• Explain Covid guidelines and procedures
• Answer incoming calls and take messages or forward to voicemail
• Sort and forward mail
• Maintain visitor sign-in sheets
• Assist with meal notices and lunch payments in coordination with Dietary
• Adhere to FutureCare's ethical standards and compliance policies
• Perform clerical duties such as typing letters, reports, and forms

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of clerical or medical office experience
• Experience in a skilled nursing or medical facility is a plus
• Welcoming personality and professional demeanor
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain professional relationships
• Highly organized with multitasking ability
