A leading company in the furniture industry is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome clients and assist Design Consultants. This role involves managing guest lists, answering queries, and maintaining the Design Center. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Job Purpose
The primary task of the Guest Services Associate is to welcome clients to the campus of Furnitureland South. They also manage the rotation of the controlled guest list, as well as assisting Design Consultants and their clients, findings and using manufacturers’ resources, and keeping the Design Center organized.

Working Conditions
This job is an on-site position that operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
