Job summary

ZMC Hotels, LLC in Duluth, MN seeks a friendly guest services team member to welcome guests, answer questions, and assist during peak hours. You will help maintain room inventory awareness, coordinate with staff, and provide a warm, efficient front desk experience.

Job Summary

These are 8 hour shifts that range from 7am-3pm to 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean environment both front of house as well as back of house.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
