Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
  • Administer check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Respond professionally and courteously to guests, providing accurate information and services.
  • Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
  • Obtain necessary information for room reservations.
  • Monitor VIP and special guest requests.
  • Operate and understand the front desk computer system.
  • Log and deliver messages, packages, and mail promptly.
  • Be aware of current rate packages and promotions.
  • Familiarize with all in-house groups and blackout dates.
  • Ensure smooth check-in/out processes.
  • Process guest payments accurately.
  • Provide guests with information on transportation, dining, and amenities.
  • Explain amenities during check-in.
  • Complete shift tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Respond to guest inquiries professionally.
  • Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills Required
  • High School diploma and relevant hotel experience.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, guest objections, and disputes satisfactorily.
