Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) seeks a Guest Services Team Member for Blue Arena in Loveland, CO. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing access, guiding guests, and upholding venue policies in a fast-paced environment.

The position is part-time, with an hourly rate of $16.00. Eligible employees receive benefits such as a 401(k) plan and accrued paid leave. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and select holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful direction to patrons.
• Ensure the section of responsibility is clean and that all physical equipment is in good working order.
• Check passes, credentials, and tickets for correct location, date, and time.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests at all times.
• Enforce all venue policies and procedures.
• Prepare for each event by acquiring pertinent show information.
• Familiarity with the ticketing system and operating scanners and turnstiles.
• Move patrons through gates and lines quickly and efficiently.
• Visually inspect guests for prohibited items.
• Direct patrons to proper entrances and areas with public access.
• Prevent access to emergency exits and non-public areas.
• Ask for assistance from event supervisors when needed and report suspicious behavior.
• Greet and assist club and suite guests while protecting restricted access areas.
• Greet incoming guests and accommodate their needs and requests.
• Perform related duties as required.
