Nora Springs Care Center- Summit Heights Assisted Living is seeking a Guest Services Aide to join a friendly, caring team. The role focuses on non-nursing care, responding to resident needs, and supporting clinical staff to maintain high standards of care.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Nora Springs Care Center by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident's non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

Eligibility

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
