Job summary

Nora Springs Care Center is seeking a Guest Services Aide to join our friendly, caring team. You will provide non-nursing related support to residents, respond to call lights, help with daily tasks, and contribute to a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and CPR certification.
• Prefer 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Able to provide non-nursing related resident care.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and attend to non-nursing needs.
• Keep resident rooms clean and sanitized; assist with linens.
• Distribute resident meals and support clinical staff.
• Contribute to a high standard of resident care with attention to detail.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Nora Springs Care Center by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident’s non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
