Job summary

Nora Springs Care Center is seeking a friendly Guest Services Aide to support residents with non-nursing needs and to enhance daily living in a caring environment.

You will assist with call lights, assist clinical staff, keep rooms clean, and help deliver meals. The role offers benefits and growth opportunities within our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of experience in a customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and attend to non-nursing needs.
• Ensure resident rooms are clean and sanitized; change linens as needed.
• Distribute resident meals and assist clinical staff.
• Provide supportive, courteous service to residents and families.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Nora Springs Care Center by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident’s non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
