Cardinal Grove Independent & Assisted Living is hiring a Guest Services Aide for day shift part-time. You will join a friendly, caring team to support residents with non-nursing needs and ensure a high standard of comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include responding to call lights, keeping rooms clean, assisting with meals, and supporting clinical staff. Experience in customer service is preferred.

• One year of experience in a customer service role is preferable.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Cardinal Grove Assisted Livingby answering resident call lights, attending to our resident’s non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
