Job summary

Oakwood Care Center is seeking a Guest Services Aide to support residents with non-nursing care needs and to uphold high standards of service.

You will respond to call lights, assist with meals, and help maintain clean, safe rooms under supervision of clinical staff. CPR certification is required; prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a Customer Service role.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Oakwood Care Center by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident’s non‑nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
