Job summary

Southfield Wellness Community is seeking a Guest Services Aide to join our friendly, caring team. This role answers resident call lights, attends to non-nursing needs, keeps rooms clean and sanitized, changes linens, distributes meals, and assists clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and CPR certification.
• One year of experience in a Customer Service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and attend to non-nursing needs.
• Keep resident rooms clean and sanitized; change linens as needed.
• Distribute resident meals and assist clinical staff when necessary.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Southfield Wellness Community by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident's non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
