Southfield Wellness Community in Webster City, IA is seeking a Guest Services Aide to join our friendly assisted living team. This role combines morning and afternoon shifts (6a-2p and 2p-8p) to deliver non-nursing care and support residents.

You will answer call lights, help with meals, keep rooms clean, change linens, and assist clinical staff, contributing to a high standard of resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and attend to non-nursing requests.
• Keep resident rooms clean and sanitized; change linens.
• Distribute meals and assist clinical staff as needed.
• Support residents with daily activities and comfort.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Southfield Wellness Community by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident’s non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
