Job summary

Avantara North is seeking a Guest Services Aide to join our caring team. You will support residents with non‑nursing needs, answer call lights, keep rooms clean and comfortable, and assist staff with meal distribution.

This role offers opportunities to grow within the facility while ensuring residents receive a high standard of care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and CPR Certification.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and attend to non‑nursing needs.
• Ensure resident rooms are clean and sanitized; change linens.
• Distribute resident meals and assist clinical staff.

As a Guest Services Aide you are instrumental in providing non‑nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara North by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident's non‑nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

Eligibility Requirements

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
