Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of front desk experience; preferably with brand experience.
• May be required to hold a current TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) certification.
• Must have a valid Driver's License if driving hotel shuttle.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with courtesy and urgency.
• Manage phone calls, reservations, and room availability.
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic cashiering duties.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold safety, security, and cleanliness standards in the front desk area.
• Consistently communicate hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Effectively communicate shift change over information as needed.
• Drive hotel van for guests within a two-mile radius (if applicable).
