Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hospitality or front desk experience.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide information on resort amenities and local activities.
• Handle reservations updates and guest requests with professionalism.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, activities, and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk areas and accurate guest accounts.
