Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Frisco, TX to answer inbound calls and assist guests with a wide range of questions while ensuring high satisfaction. You will be the voice of Cinemark, using empathy and product knowledge to resolve concerns across phone and email channels.

Requirements include 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to type at least 30 wpm. Training lasts four weeks with 100% attendance.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including email.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Flexibility to work odd hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate front-line support to guest inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Identify and coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Know Cinemark policies and theatre operations to inform guests accurately.
• Keep detailed records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Multi-task across various software platforms while handling inquiries.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving abilities, escalating when needed.
• Meet attendance and KPI targets as part of performance objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
