Springhill Suites Gilbert is hiring a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Gilbert, AZ location. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries with a welcoming, professional approach.

You will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms ready, assist guests with requests, and contribute to a smooth, memorable stay in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication in English with guests and team members.
• Ability to provide courteous, patient service in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with POS or reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with friendly, professional service.
• Handle check-in and check-out, verify reservations, process payments, and issue room keys.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries about room availability, rates, and local information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved promptly.
• Enter and maintain guest information in the property management system.
• Promote hotel services and special offers to enhance guest experience.
