Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience with computers and keyboards.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Register guests to the proper accommodations on arrival.
• Make, change, or cancel reservations on request.
• Assist guests with problems or requests.
• Update guest information in the computer system.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Answer telephones.
• Maintain keys in secure areas.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Cross-train for other duties as assigned.
