Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel or retail customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical skills including basic math, budgeting, and variances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service standards in all guest interactions.
• Register guests, issue keys, and assist with information on hotel services.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain guest privacy and security of information.
• Assist with reservations and up-sell to maximize revenue when appropriate.
• Collaborate with shifts and management to ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Support beverage service and comply with local alcohol laws.
