Job summary

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Ski Valet to deliver warm guest service in a high‑end alpine setting. You will assist with ski and gear storage, loading and unloading gondolas and vehicles, while keeping the valet area organized and efficient.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk outdoors.
• Flexible availability including mornings and peak times.

• Keep the ski valet area organized, spotless and efficient.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth while assisting with ski and gear storage, loading, and unloading gondolas and vehicles.
• Keep the ski valet area and drop zones organized, spotless, and running efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding service through arrivals, escorts, and departures—sharing your local mountain insight along the way.
• Collaborate with resort teams to ensure smooth, world-class experiences from start to finish.
• Maintain safety and care for all equipment while completing Marriott and East West Resorts training requirements.

Status: Full-Time Seasonal (through mountain close)

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts; Hours and days change but are always between 6:30am - 7:00pm
