Job Description

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing front desk services to residents and guests, undertaking various administrative duties, and diffusing conflict or tension with residents, prospects, and guests. The Agent responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and requests, adding personal recommendations and touches to maximize customer satisfaction.

What Will You Do?
  • Greet guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and anticipating their needs.
  • Administer check-ins and check-outs.
  • Coordinate delivery of mail, messages, and packages.
  • Communicate services with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance, and Management.
  • Provide information on transport, restaurants, and local services.
  • Diffuse conflicts with residents, prospects, and guests.
  • Coordinate Resident Move-ins and Move-outs, working with Leasing and Resident Services.
  • Manage elevator reservations for residents.
  • Assist with phone calls and emails from residents and guests.
  • Recruit partners for the Onni Rewards program and update residents.
  • Maintain cleanliness of amenity spaces and ensure coffee machines are stocked.
  • Refer services like housekeeping and pet walking.
  • Assist with packages, dry cleaning, and perishable arrangements.
  • Plan resident events with the team.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Communicate daily and upcoming events among staff.
  • Perform other duties as required.
What You Bring
  • High School Degree
  • College courses in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Commitment to exceeding guest service expectations with high-level luxury touchpoints
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and strong interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism, teamwork, and good work ethics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Flexibility, positivity, and outgoing personality
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
Salary Range

$23 - $24 per hour
