The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing front desk services to residents and guests, undertaking various administrative duties, and diffusing conflict or tension with residents, prospects, and guests. The Agent responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and requests, adding personal recommendations and touches to maximize customer satisfaction.
$23 - $24 per hour
